Bailey and Cody's "Adventure Engagement Session" was absolutely spectacular! We went up to Cottonwood Pass through Kenosha Pass at the peak of the fall leaves. There were the most beautiful fall colors I have ever seen. For their "Adventure Engagement Session" we explored the area and camped. I am so excited to photograph their fall wedding in Estes Park this September!
Here's what Bailey and Cody had to say...
"Cody and I met in college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We were both on the crew team and started spending time together through mutual friends. He proposed in the most perfect way. I was positive that Cody would propose while we were skiing, hiking, or in the mountains. I was sure he would prefer an intimate setting with just us two. Instead he proposed on Christmas Eve in front of my family and our family friends. After dinner the doorbell rang and I was asked to answer it. When I opened the door Cody was wearing a Santa hat on one knee; my father, brothers, and the other men were behind him. His proposal was simple and perfect. We spent the rest of the night celebrating with friends and family (maybe too much celebrating!)."
"The moment I knew I loved Cody was when I saw firsthand his generosity and selflessness. I can't wait to celebrate our relationship with friends and family!"
"We had the privilege to do an adventure shoot with Liz for our engagement session. We went to Cottonwood Lake in Kenosha Pass during peak season for the changing aspens. Our engagement photos were above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Liz made us feel comfortable and confident. She gave direction so you don't feel like a complete novice but kept the shoot fun and easy. She has a way to make you feel at ease in front of the camera. Liz was directive without being overly posed, compassionate, and professional yet spontaneous and fun. She was able to get some amazing and unexpected pictures! We are so excited to have her be a part of our wedding day!!"
